β’ 2026 GPI Draft Day Challenge
GPI Powder Coated Screen βDraft Day Challengeβ
Contest Period: May 1 β June 30, 2026
Objective: Drive Measurable Growth in Powder-Coated Screen Sales vs MayβJune 2025
This contest pairs GPI World Headquarters team members with Territory Sales Representatives through a draft-style selection process designed to create alignment, visibility, and momentum around powder coated screen growth.
Draft Format
Draft order for GPI World Headquarters participants will be randomly assigned
When their draft position is called, each headquarters participant will select a Sales Team partner of their choice
Each sales team member may only be selected once (Unless there are more HQ people than sales people)
Once selected, that pairing becomes a team for the duration of the contest
Draft continues until all teams are assigned
This structure mirrors an NFL Draft format and allows headquarters participants to strategically select partners based on opportunity, relationships, and confidence in growth potential.
Scoring Method
Teams will be ranked based on absolute growth in powder-coated screen sales.
Measurement Formula
MayβJune 2026 sales MINUS MayβJune 2025 sales.
Important:
Not based on percentage growth
Not based on total category volume
Only incremental growth vs. the same period last year
This ensures fair competition across territories of different sizes.
Each Teamβs Score Equals:
Powder-coated screen sales (MayβJune 2026) minus Powder-coated screen sales (MayβJune 2025). Largest increase wins.
**Service Partners sales improvement will be calculated as follows: 75% national account manager, 25% territory sales manager.
