Micro Screen Mayhem
Contest Period: July 1 – September 30, 2026
Objective: Drive Measurable Growth in Micro Mesh Unit Sales vs the 3rd Quarter of 2025
This exciting contest brings together GPI and Leaf Solution team members paired with territory sales reps through a fun draft-style selection process. It's all about fostering an “all-on-the-same-team” attitude, boosting sales, and building company-wide momentum for the growth of all our micro-mesh products! PLUS some $$$$$ for the winning team!
Contest Duration: 3rd Quarter 2026
Draft Format
Draft order for participants will be randomly assigned. The draft position will be determined by the number picked in your envelope.
When their draft position is called, each participating employee will select a sales team partner of their choice.
Each sales team member will be selected 1-12 until all reps have been selected. This process will start again with 13-18 until the draft is completed. Each sales team member may be selected twice due to more staff at GPI and Leaf Solution than the number of sales reps.
Once selected, that pairing becomes a team for the duration of the contest.
Draft continues until all teams are assigned.
This structure mirrors a draft format and allows GPI and Leaf Solution participants to strategically select partners based on opportunity, relationships, and confidence in growth potential.
Scoring Method
Teams will be ranked by absolute growth in micro-mesh screen unit sales. That includes Grizzly and Aqua Armor at GPI and Leaf Solution and Xtreme on the Leaf Solution side.
Measurement Formula
July – September 2026 unit sales MINUS July – September 2025 unit sales.
Important:
NOT based on percentage growth
NOT based on total category volume
Only incremental unit growth vs the same period last year
This ensures fair competition across territories of different sizes
Each Team’s Score Equals:
Micro-mesh unit sales (July – September 2026) minus micro-mesh unit sales (July – September 2025). The largest increase wins.
